I am new to the game, love it! At the 190-200 level gear and decent at playing my class. I want to be apart of a guild where I can learn, grow and contribute. It sucks being the neewbie in a PUG and having those one or two people "put out" by your shear "newbieness". Then it also one of the greatest things to have those one or two people that take the time to help you through new content.
